Kent is the founder of K & S Inspections, and has been the lead inspector since 2012. Kent's experience includes being an Owner/Builder, Project Management, Real Estate and Carpentry. Kent’s specialty is the structural components of a home (roofs, attics, foundation etc.). Kent also focuses on home systems like HVAC, and gas and water supplies.
Scott Schillerstrom
Certified Inspector
Scott is the co-founder of K & S Home Inspections and has been a home inspector since 2012. He has special experience with construction and designing/installing electrical systems in homes. Scott’s primary focus in home inspections is electrical, interior conditions, and plumbing. Scott is certified by InterNACHI, one of the industry standards of home inspector certification. Scott is also FAA certified for drone inspections (available upon request).
